This is one of my favourite new rear delt exercises. Its important to keep your elbows rotated forward on this but I really like the way it keeps you on the right plain and really burns up the rears. The other bonus to this exercise is you don't have to hold yourself up as with DB's and it doesn't pull on the elbow joint as with cables. Sacrifice Without Regret!
For those of you with bad elbows and have trouble doing lying or seated triceps extensions, this should help you! I have had bad elbows for sometime and although I have been able to minimize the pain with home therapies and other techniques I'm still always looking for methods to grow the muscle without taxing the tendons.
